Ab0ut Me

I am a native of Durango, Colorado, and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in North Carolina while actively participating in division II collegiate soccer. Returning to my roots in the Rockies, I pursued my Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Montana. During this time, I concurrently coached competitive girls’ soccer and spearheaded injury prevention initiatives within the local soccer club. Following the completion of my studies, I relocated to Portland to immerse myself in the diverse culture and outdoor experiences that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, I have expanded my knowledge by attaining certifications including the Herman and Wallace Level I and IIA Certifications for addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, alongside achieving recognition as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My professional focus encompasses the comprehensive care of diverse populations, including weekend warriors, competitive athletes, and pregnant/postpartum mothers, facilitating their return to optimal movement and function.

Central to my practice philosophy is the provision of individualized movement solutions tailored to specific needs, highlighted by a dedication to making your rehab journey fun, educational, and engaging. As a lifelong athlete and competitor, I actively engage in soccer and volleyball leagues, local half marathons, skiing, and other outdoor pursuits including hiking and camping alongside my husband, Kasey.
